Pixelstash agrees to provide services to the customer, subject to the following TOS (Terms of Service). Pixelstash Web Hosting reserves the right to change this TOS at any time, without notice to the customer.

New Shared & Reseller Accounts: All new shared & reseller accounts will be setup within 1 business day.
New Dedicated & Managed Accounts: All new Dedicated & Managed servers will be setup within 3 business days.
Charges and Fees: Service is dependent on receipt of payment by Pixelstash for invoiced charges. Renewal charges are due on the renewal date of the month or year for that month's/year's service. Pixelstash reserves it's right to temporarily deny service or terminate the account in question upon the failure of subscriber to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accumulated charges. Service will be suspended on accounts that reach 7 days (1 week) past due. Accounts not paid for will be terminated and removed from the server in 30 days from original suspension date.
Cancellations: The account owner may choose to cancel service at anytime. To cancel your account, submit a request to the help desk. All cancellations within the first 15 days of service will be issued a full refund. If you exceed the account's usage limits within this period you are responsible for all overage charges, overage charges will be counted against your refund amount. If you choose to re-sign up after cancellation, you must repay the first month's fee.
